Our team is working hard behind the scenes to get your accounts ready for the new school year. As part of our system refresh, we’re doing an annual data reset on Thursday, June 30, 2022.
During this reset:
- All student accounts and work, including all scores, will be deleted.
- All programs will be removed from teachers’ accounts.
- Any expiring licenses will be removed from your account.
- Online resources will not be accessible on June 30 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm PDT.
Here’s what we recommend you do:
- Make sure to save your students’ scores before June 30. You can do this by exporting them to a spreadsheet. To export scores, navigate to the Gradebook for each class and click “Export to CSV.”
Any custom assessments or custom lesson guides you created for your program will still be available when you next sign in to TCI and access your program on or after July 1.
