For Spanish Speakers
Students and teachers can toggle between English and Spanish when viewing the online text.
For print customers, Spanish translations of TCI's Student Edition text are available in PDF files for teachers to print chapter by chapter.
Students can use Spanish and English versions side-by-side to improve comprehension and build English reading skills. Download a sample PDF (PDF, 80.4KB) from Social Studies Alive! America's Past © 2010 to see the Spanish translation. Students can use this side-by-side with their Student Editions.

For Visually Impaired Students
Student subscriptions have an audio feature that allows teachers to work with visually impaired students in an effective, easy to implement manner.
Both online and print customers may also access Rich Text Format (RTF) files that can be used along side text-to-speech software, for Braille transcription, and for large print.
