There is a California Standards Mastery Guide for Teachers for each of the History Alive! middle school programs:

History Alive! The Ancient World – grade 6
History Alive! The Medieval World and Beyond – grade 7
History Alive! The United States Through Industrialism – grade 8

Each grade's booklet is divided into content sections for easier downloading—see below. Each section has a file size, which serves as that section's link.
